The SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL (model: BI540) is a large 5.3 Cu. Ft., 24 inch wide, under-counter built-in refrigerator-freezer with a zero degree freezer. It includes a stainless steel frame for 1/4 inch custom panels and a stainless steel handle. It has finished sides and top for recessed or free-standing use. The BI540 also carries Summit's unique dual evaporator for separate cooling of the freezer and fresh food sections for better performance.Other features include an utomatic defrost fresh food section and manual defrost freezer, interior light, adjustable shelves, fruit and vegetable crisper, adjustable thermostat and reversible door with large bottle storage capacity.The Summit BI540 adds European elegance to the traditional workhorse built-in refrigerator-freezer.
