It also features a bacteriostatic function, thanks to silver ion content, which means that it inhibits the growth of bacteria contained in the skin. In other words, you won't get stinky. The fabric received a matte finish, and a high spandex content ensures that they'll fit without stretching, ride after ride. The 20in-long knickers feature a 6-panel design with flat-stitched panels so that you won't chafe. The front of the knickers are elastic-free with a second-skin fit. Finishing the construction of the Bella knickers is the Flex Air chamois. Made in Italy using Elastic Interface Technology (EIT) , this is a 4-way stretch insert that uses multi-density foam to provide support for the sit bones and cushioning for soft tissue areas. The cover of the chamois is perforated for increased breathability.
