For Arkansas fans it doesn't get much better than beating the Texas Longhorns. Unless it's beating the Longhorns really bad on their home turf. That's what happened on January 1, 2000 as the first sporting event of the new millennium, the Cotton Bowl, brought together two former Southwest Conference rivals. In the first half the game was mostly a defensive struggle, as both teams played to a 3-3 tie. But in the second half, 24th-ranked Arkansas broke the game open with big plays and four consecutive scoring drives that put 24 points on the board to just three for No. 14 Texas. This commemorative DVD contains the complete original network broadcast of the 2000 Cotton Bowl game, without commercial interruption, in fullscreen digital video. Chapter points on the DVD's main menu allow viewers to jump directly to the action, quarter by quarter. Now Razorback fans can own this classic Arkansas victory.
